Kar Yeng: Karyeng is a devoted Reiki Master Teacher, Meditation Instructor, Energy Medicine Practitioner, and Body Healing Coach, with advanced training in Trauma Release and Sound Therapy. Her healing journey began through overcoming deep personal trauma; an experience that awakened her to the transformative power of Reiki, Energy Healing, Meditation, and Mindfulness. Outside her healing work, Karyeng nourishes her spirit through creativity; she finds joy in journaling, writing poetry, and playing the piano. Her poetic reflections are shared on her blog, The Present Whispers. Over time, Karyeng has formed a sacred bond with her Ancestral Guides; their guidance continues to nurture her spiritual evolution. With the support of her spiritual team, she offers a holistic blend of Reiki, Sound Therapy, and Meditation; helping others restore balance, awaken vitality, and reconnect with their inner wisdom.
