Stillness
When we allow ourselves to be still, we can create space for truth to gently arise; not through effort, but through presence. In the quiet moments, beyond the noise of the roles we play is where we can begin to hear what’s real. Stillness can soften the noise and clear the muddy waters; the fear, the pressure, even the stories we’ve carried for too long. As the heaviness settles, what’s underneath can begin to reveal itself; something honest and steady; who we are, what we feel, and what truly matters. It takes courage to be still and to stay with what’s uncomfortable, to resist the urge to chase for answers and to simply listen; because in that quiet space, clarity can begins to emerge gently. Like a tender light weaving through the fog, quietly revealing the next true step of our journey to our Higher self.
