Change

Change is one of the few certainties in life; yet it has a way of unsettling us.  It can disrupt our routines, challenge who we think we are, and push us into the unknown; and within that discomfort lies its quiet power; an invitation to grow, to let go, and to begin again.  Change doesn’t always arrive loudly.  Sometimes it creeps in through restlessness or a quiet knowing that something no longer fits.  Other times, it can come suddenly, through loss, endings, or unexpected turns. Either way, it will ask something of us.  The most powerful changes don’t just shift our circumstances; they shift us as well; and with our permission, they can shape us into someone more open, more grounded, and more aligned with who we are really meant to become.  Change isn’t easy. It often comes with discomfort and uncertainty; but without it, we don’t grow. And without growth, we risk staying stuck in versions of ourselves we have already outgrown.
