Anxiety
Anxiety can be a disorienting response that arises when we are confronted with endless possibilities of what could be, and the heavy responsibility of choosing the road to clarity. Like standing at the edge of a cliff, not afraid of falling, but of our own power to leap; anxiety emerges when our mind confronts the weight of choice, uncertainty, and self awareness. It is more than a symptom; it’s a reflection of our most vulnerable human struggle with freedom, uncertainty, and meaning. Just as dizziness warns the body of imbalance, anxiety can reveal a spiritual or existential misalignment, urging us to examine our values, direction, and sense of self. In this way, anxiety can be both a challenge and an invitation to ground ourselves more deeply in meaning; inviting us to look for and perhaps pursue our true purpose. It can be uncomfortable, sometimes even frightening, but it can also be a quiet call to slow down, to listen, and to find our way back to steadiness.
